Today, I was chatting with my client about a project when I suddenly got logged out from both my laptop and mobile phone. When I tried to log in again, I received an error message saying, "Your password is no longer valid. We sent an email to help you reset your password."

However, I have already lost access to my email password. Previously, when I wanted to log in or change my Fiverr account on another device, Fiverr would send a verification code to my phone number. But now, there is no option for phone verification.

If you are unable to access your gmail (as you have lost the password) -- recovering your Fiverr account will be very challenging. Even customer support won't be able to help you because there are only two ways to contact customer support:

1. Using Vivi bot - But you will not be able to contact it since you can not log into your Fiverr account.
2. Direct email - But they will not entertain requests sent from an email address that is not linked to your Fiverr account.

I recommend first recovering your Gmail account. Did you add an alternate email or phone number to your Gmail account that could help reset your password?
