ID Verification Disapproval, Don't Understand why

Hello fiverr, My name is javeria. And i am an experienced designer. I have worked in the designed industry since 2018. While creating my seller account on fiverr, i was on the last stage to publish the gig which is verification. I added my national ID few times but it says ID not approved. Don't understand why?
