Hi, 

 I delivered an order on 27th Nov and the client accepted it. Also left a review. The payment cleared 2 weeks later. Today I got a notification that the order is cancelled. How is that possible? work was delivered, client was satisfied, there was no message from the client or anything. Now why is the order cancelled and payment reverted? It was a pretty big order too. 

 now my account is in "overdraft". how can fiverr just take out so much money from my account without reason?
 
Any help would be appreciated
