Ask the Community

Scroll down on the support page, talk to the bot. Ask to create a ticket, it gives a link to my old tickets, which leads back to the support page if I press "Create a follow-up ticket". Or keep selecting categories and end up in an infinite looping maze which makes me rage at the poor bot. 😅 I've managed to create one ticket in total but even then I had to choose a completely wrong category. 

I'm aware that you can create a raw ticket by email, but it's not the same thing as filling out a ticket form, which is a thing on pretty much every website. 

How on earth do you create a support ticket these days?
