Ask the Community

I was offline for a few hours, and when I returned, I received an email from Fiverr asking me to reset my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my account. Can anyone help me understand why this might have happened? 

I urgently need to respond to a client, as delaying further could negatively impact my response rate. 

I tried resetting my password, but the OTP took too long to arrive. Now, the system is asking me to wait 24 hours before attempting another reset. 

To make matters worse, I can’t even contact Customer Support since I can’t log in to access the chatbot. 

If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, please let me know. I’d really appreciate your help!
