I was confirming my banking information linked to my account which would allow me to get paid for the services I provide and now I've been charged THREE times for 800 AUD. Through this process of confirming my banking information, Support chat said that I would receive a refund request through my banking app (didn't show up) and now have left me in silence while I think about what to do next. Makes it even more annoying when I can't talk some directly and I have to go back and forwards with a robot for 2 hours.
 
If anyone can help that would be great. I never thought I'd have to pay 2400 just to confirm my banking details 

Fiverr support scammed me for 2400 AUD and is refusing to pay me back.
