Response Rate Issue Affecting Level Upgrade

I need my response rate to reach 80% to qualify for Level 1, but it’s currently at 50%. A few late replies caused this drop, even though I always responded within 24 hours. Now, I’m reacting immediately to every message.

Can someone tell me how long the response rate is to update so I can meet the Level 1 requirements?

My response rate has dropped to 50% and has stayed there for a few weeks. Even though I sent an immediate reply to my last client, it hasn’t increased. All my requirements for reaching Level 1 are stuck because of this. How can I increase it quickly?

@a1_cad If you replay a few external messages in a row, hopefully it will be fixed and it will take a week to update.
