Generally speaking, how long will it take for Fiverr to review a Pro application? When will we get to hear an update on our application status?

So you claim to have 15 years of experience with AI? AI has only recently become a mainstream phenomenon.

Who believes this story? Besides, the price of your single gig is less than half of the price required for PRO.

And from my experience, I am not a Fiverr pro seller, I had heard back to Fiverr Pro team after about a year of submitting my application, saying that they missed my application. That was 3 years ago. I don't know how it works now.

Hey Filip:

Yes and No. I initially came across Fiverr 6-7 years back and opened an account as a seller. However, due to personal reasons I shut down that account. 

Then, I needed to hire a freelancer for some work so I opened a buyer's account and hired a freelancer. I was not at all serious about Fiverr at that time which was about couple of years ago. 

It is only now that I have learnt AI skills I got serious about Fiverr and still learning and exploring the platform. You might have seen my old and discontinued accounts in the past. This is a brand new account which I plan to use it to provide services as an AI artist. 

Hope this clarifies your confusion.

Hey Filip:

I am not an AI artist for 15 years. I am a marketing and advertising professional for 15 years who was started with traditional marketing. I switched to digital marketing few years back and when chat GPT was launched in Nov 2022 I turned my attention to AI. I learnt AI skills and use AI tools like Leonardo, pika, runway ML etc in my AI art. The 15 years experience I mentioned is my cumulative experience and not just AI. 

Hope this clarifies your doubt.

Thank You. It helps. Do you  know how we can contact Fiverr support to enquiry about our application? I do not seem to find a way as there are help and guide articles but nothing to submit our ticket.

Do you possess a degree and real-world work experience in art/fine arts background?? 

Or did the advent of AI tools inspire you to become a prompt-based artist??

No, I do not possess any degree in fine arts/art. However, I am pursuing AI in Advertising course for the past few months to harness my skills in AI. With my background in marketing and learnt digital marketing skills, I enhanced the foundation with AI. BTW, there are many people who have a different background but do something else where their passion lies. i am one such person. Anything wrong with this?

No, there is nothing wrong. On the contrary, it is quite incredible when people diversify themselves.

But normally most people function with gold rush mindset. They just want to be the first-movers in a new domain. At the moment, marketplace is cluttered with people claiming to be AI-enabled EXPERT Artists, Writers, Illustrators, Designers and what not. AI tools don't turn people into programmers, designers, writers or anything else.

Most such sellers on Fiverr can't even write a paragraph of good content or draw a simple digital sketch by themselves but they try to sell themselves as skilled professionals with skills they do not possess!!
