How do I take the Fever Skill Test? Which option should I click on? I can't find it, if anyone knows, please help.

Click on your profile picture in the right corner.

Go to profile and scroll down you will see this

I have no options here.

My interface looks different here, so I can't find the Fiverr Skill Test option.

It looks like that you have turned on the "Buyer Mode".

Switch your profile to "Selling Mode" then you'll be able to see the "Tests Taken" option on the bottom of left panel of Profile page.
