My account was flagged due to an error I made during verification, and I have already submitted two support tickets regarding this issue. However, I have not received any updates, and it feels like the response time has exceeded the usual timeframe.

 I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Please know that the ticket you opened yesterday is currently being handled by our Customer Support. As we are experiencing a higher volume of inquiries at the moment, there may be a slight delay in their response. Please refrain from opening additional tickets as it will be difficult to keep up with multiple requests.
