Ask the Community

During the setup of my seller account last week, I was prompted by the customer service bot to provide my debit card information for verification purposes. I was informed that a small withdrawal and subsequent deposit would be made to verify my account. However, while the withdrawal of approximately 300 EUR was successfully processed, the corresponding deposit has not yet been reflected in my account balance. 

I kindly request assistance in clarifying the status of this verification process and the expected timeframe for the return of the withdrawn funds.
