Ask the Community

I want to block the account of a buyer who has placed an order with me before. He did not fill in the specific order requirements when submitting the order. When I raised doubts, he always did not respond to me directly, but kept delaying. After 3 days, he suddenly said that he no longer needed it and asked me to cancel the order. 

I have not communicated with him in the mailbox, and I cannot block him in the inbox. In this case, what should I do to block this buyer?
