Today suddenly i was login out of my account on laptop and on phone and when i try to access, it requist to change the password for security but when i try to change the password i don't get an reset message on my email 

I have contact support yesterday today i found my ticket solved without any answer 

My account is 10 years old with approx 900 completed orders 

When i search on the marketplace my services still ranked and buyers can order normaly so i thing i am not restricted or banned 

I did open another ticket hopping to get help
