The buyer and I agreed on the project scope before they placed the order. However, after I delivered the completed work, they suddenly changed their mind and asked me to redo everything. 


1. For gigs that include support and minor revisions, I’m always happy to make changes for free. However, the price we agreed on—especially after they negotiated it down—did not include unlimited revisions. 
2. They demanded a complete redo of the entire order and even requested changes beyond the original scope, refusing to pay for the additional work. 

Additional Context: 
As a new Fiverr seller, I need more orders and positive reviews to improve my seller level😖. The buyer kept negotiating the price down before placing the order, and I eventually agreed to a much lower rate (30% less than my Basic gig package). With such a reduced price, redoing the entire project would cause me significant losses. 

Initially, I requested payment for the redo, but the buyer refused. I reached out to Fiverr support, and their response was that regardless of whether revisions were included in the order, I could only get paid if the buyer was satisfied. 

To resolve the situation, I agreed to redo the work for free. After completing all the requested changes, the buyer filed to cancel the order. I declined the cancellation, explaining that I had delivered the work as required and met their additional revision requests. At this point, I felt that a full refund was unreasonable. 

After declining their cancellation request, I woke up this morning to find the order had been automatically canceled. I’m confused about how this happened. I didn’t receive any notifications or discussions regarding this decision. Despite delivering the order on time and meeting all requirements, the order was automatically canceled against my will.😲 

1. Can my order still be forcibly canceled after I submit all the files?

2. If the order is canceled, does it mean the client got my work files without paying? Do they have the right to use my files commercially? (I know they plan to use the special effects I created in their game.)

3. Why can the buyer keep clicking the "reversion request" button even though I set the offer to 0 revisions? Could this be a bug in Fiverr’s system?

The buyer canceled the order after receiving the completed work.
