I'm having trouble with the brief feature. I've been trying to stay on top of things by checking the brief tab whenever I use my laptop, but it's not showing any new brief messages. The only notifications I'm getting are through email, and by the time I check the brief section, it says the request was made 12 hours or even a day ago, even though I was checking frequently. 

This is making it hard for me to win orders through brief because I'm always a few steps behind. By the time I get the email notification, other sellers have already responded. 

Is there something I'm missing, or is this a glitch? TIA 😊
