I created an image for my gig but I took the idea from another seller's gig. The idea is the same but there he designed one with his own picture. I did the same thing. I designed one with my own picture but I did the design myself but I got the idea from him. Does it allow Fiverr?

It's fine to get inspiration from another seller, as long as you create your own design and don't copy theirs. Just make sure your gig is unique.
