How do you know it's been hacked?

How do you know they logged into your account to reset it (or did you do that)? There's a reset option in the log in page where all they have to do is enter a username and press "forgot password" isn't there? Then it send a link for that to the registered email address. They don't need to have logged in to do that. If you don't click on the link it won't reset it.

If you really have been hacked then run a virus/malware checker on your devices, inform customer support, log out any users who aren't you, change your passwords.

Okay if you can't change the password then you could do the other things I suggested.

You haven't described what exactly happened. Did you get an email saying there's been a password reset request and if so did you click it?

Are you not able to log in now?

I asked how you knew you'd been hacked too.

If you say exactly what happened then people might be able to help more.

I got a notification in my Gmail 1 hour ago, My password was reset, then I saw a notification in my gmail that a new device has been logged in. After I logout that device, Later I went to Fiverr and saw that Fiver also has that device login, then I logout from there.

This is not very big problem there have an option on fiverr setting and sequirity  go there abd remove/logout that  device.  and reset your  email password then reset fiverr. password .. easy brothere ..  your accout is your business.

I don't know why you logged out when you saw some other device logged in. Shouldn't you have logged the hacker's device out and changed the Fiverr password?

Maybe change your gmail password in case the hacker has access to that (if they're linked).

Contact customer support (eg. support@fiverr.com if you can't log in) and explain everything to them). Ask them to put your account on hold (or maybe they will anyway) and log the other person out.

Like I suggested run a virus/malware scan of your devices.

When you can log in change the passwords to your Fiverr account. Maybe enable 2 factor authentication. Make sure your account is the only one logged in (log out any others).

A genuine hacker would not waste their time attempting to crack a weak password. Rather, it is more likely that a script kiddie is responsible for such activities. In my opinion, a more secure approach would be to use a password reset prompt that sends a text message and displays a numerical code. This method significantly enhances the security of the account.

Hi there, if you think that your account was compromised, please report it to the CS team as @uk1000 recommended. However, I've just checked your account and there's no sign of that, but the team can look into it thoroughly. If you just had to reset your password in order to log into the account, that's an automatic step when not being active for some time. You have successfully logged into your account yesterday, but if that wasn't you, let the team know ASAP. Good luck 🍀
