Is customer support's reply coming from a human or an AI?

I’ve contacted customer support twice to close an order, but they advised me to reach out to the buyer. The issue is that the buyer hasn’t been online since purchasing the gig, and they left no messages or files. The order is empty and marked as 'To be determined.'

 

I cannot close or complete it without the buyer’s input.

 

If I accidentally click 'Start Order' without any communication or files from the buyer, it would imply that I have everything I need to fulfill the order, which is misleading. I don’t want to risk getting my account flagged since I have nothing to deliver for this order.
