Staying online doesn't help you receive orders. 
Close Fiverr, Hit to the YouTube and Tutorials. Learn as much as you can and make a great portfolio. 
Introduce yourself properly, and Do Not limit yourself to Fiverr. Share about yourself on LinkedIn and other social media platforms along with other freelancing platforms.

There's a single way to be active on Fiverr 24 hours a day: Build a team and have multiple people work on the platform on a rotating schedule.

there is no need to active 24/7 cause fiverr have there own Algorithms and a human will never active 24/7 without sleep. Even if you rotate your timeline with 3 man team still there have a posibility to get banned From fiverr. 

In my opinion you have to active minimum 7 to 8 hours and always ready to quick response. Make sure you have a smartphone and using fiverr app for better customer service
