Can we bring back Gig Promotion feature to Level 0?

Right now, it's limited to Level 1. I understand that this ensures the sellers who get to promote their gig meet at least some standards. However...

As a former Level 2 seller in the old system for over 4 years, and having been Fiverr's Choice for my main gig on multiple occasions (the same one that has now dropped my score to 4), I believe the promotion feature should return to evaluating each gig based on its performance (over the past 60 days, for example). This would help distinguish between sellers who are truly new or offering low quality services versus those who previously had a strong reputation and good performance, even with the promotion feature.

Aside from the controversy surrounding the success score, when I was demoted to Level 0, most of my income came from either repeat clients or promoted gigs. Having that feature taken away brings down my chance of fixing my score in the first place.
