How to Handle Non-Paying Clients and Portfolio Rights?

Question

Greetings, everyone!

I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve encountered a situation with a client, and I need some advice. The client asked me to design 10 banners for Facebook Page, which I completed. I requested that they place the order through Fiverr, but they were confused about how the process works. Instead, they proposed a barter arrangement, which I politely refused.

Unfortunately, the client still hasn’t paid for the work I completed. I’ve included the banners in my Fiverr portfolio, but now the client is asking me to remove them even though they haven’t paid.

Is it right to keep the work in my portfolio, or should I remove it? How would you handle this situation on Fiverr?

I’d appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you!
