ORDER CANCELLATION SCAMS!

So, I have no idea, but there seems to be some kind of scamming going on Fiverr. A week ago, I received an order to craft a basic brand identity for a brand that deals in dog essentials for $150. I worked hard and professionally. When I sent the work for review, the client said she needed something more professional and requested to cancel the order. I tried to convince her and assured her of the best results, but there was nothing I could do.

Now, a week later, I got another order from a woman whose brand also deals in dog goods essentials. She needed playful and fun branding for $150. I trust my work and knew I did my best. After I sent it to her, she was like, "I am totally obsessed, wow!" etc. But after some time, I got a message from her saying that her co-partner found someone in the office to do the work and requested to cancel the order. Like seriously?? It’s all a scam. It disrupts the profile image and professionalism.

It seems like a single buyer ordering multiple times through different profiles, accumulating different branding variants and then trying to get away with it for FREE!! 🤦‍♂️
