Is my first order a scam?

so i received a message from supportfiverr on fiverr yesterday

then i checked my mail and received a email from  noreply@e.fiverr.com>  when i click the link i get into my fiverr account

i copied and pasted the link which led me to  so i clicked get funds and i go teleported to this website. see i dont have any active orders on my profile rn.

and i clicked get funds and it led me to this 

so its most likely a scam but I wanted to no if they have access to my fiverr account because they have the right profile picture etc.

First thing to remember fiverr support or fiverr staff doesn’t contact you through chat.

as you can see the username here is douglastechbot - thats the first red flag. After that its kind obvious that its a scam.

As you are concerned with your account access, by any means within this process did you use google login or mail login ?

if so please have sure two step verification if on & please change your credentials on your emails
