Agency Wants Me to Create Fiverr Account and handle their meetings — Is This Allowed?

Hi everyone,

I'm a Level-2 Seller and was recently hired part-time as a Project Manager by a startup agency. They've offered me an extra good salary to create and manage a Fiverr account for them and handle all meetings from their account. It's because I can speak multiple languages. 

I'm thinking of rejecting the offer, but before deciding, I wanted to ask: is this allowed under Fiverr's TOS? Has anyone else had experience managing an agency account?
