Why response rate is decreasing?

My response rate is decreasing. I do not understand why this is happening. In the last two months, as far as I can remember, I have replied to all but two or three within an hour. What can I do now? How can I increase?

It actually decrease just because of late response to your client, what you need to do is to be active on your account to be able to reply to your new messages as fast as posible.

Your response rate may decrease if you don’t reply to new messages within 24 hours, miss messages, or if there’s a delay in responding to multiple inquiries.
