I was getting off to a good start, but had health issues that stopped me cold. Now I cannot get back into the algorithm to get more than minimum clicks.

I had orders coming in and all but one got 5 star reviews. One got a 4 star because I could not reproduce a particular cartoon voice. When my health caused a pause, I changed to unavailable and did all I could to reserve my ranking. But when I reactivated, I have never been able to get anywhere near the clicks I had before. I have followed suggestions to optimize the gig. Nothing has worked. How can a gig get back into the flow of the system?
