I want to share their username in public because they are an old member of Fiverr.

You could share the message without the username I think. Blanking out any other info that migh be necessary.

The forum rules say:

Quote

Use of respectful language is mandatory. Profanity, offensive language, s****l remarks, personal attacks, or negative callouts towards other members are strictly forbidden.

Though the rules also say:

Sharing content from private messages on the public forum is prohibited.

but it it's sharing an image or something from something that's definitely a scam, to warn people about it I assume it should be okay (with necessary things blanked out).

If it's a member on Fiverr that's been here a long time and has a lot of reviews then it's likely their account has been compromised.

You could/should report the the message using Fiverr's report option on the main site, or report it to customer support. Doing that will help other people being scammed.
