My question is about crediting the Fiverr illustrator on my book. I bought the rights to use the illustrations so I can publish and copyright the book. But I wonder since that is asking personal information, are we allowed, within Fiverr rules, to ask what their full name is that they would like to appear on the published book? Or does that violate privacy rules? I don't want to risk getting my or her account suspended for sharing it if it's not ok to do so.
