Packages with stock media?

It seems that Fiverr has the option of adding stock media to your gig. For an extra price, you can sell pictures and videos to your buyer, along with the main product. 

 

If I choose to offer such services, does that mean that the buyer always has to buy stock images and videos? Can the client reject it if he or she doesn't need this service? 

 

I am asking because I offer writing services, and I don't feel like making my potential buyers purchase an image. 

 

Do you have that option activated? If so, then which prices do you practice for the Shutterstock images?
