I have contacted customer support to just change my security question so that i can change my contact number but they aren't replying to my email. How long does it take them to reply usually. Its been a day now.

Keep patience,  it will take time. Buy they will response.

Normally, the Fiverr support team responds within 12 hours, but if you're not getting a reply within 72 hours, then my suggestion is to add a relatable additional message via my support request option.
