Phone Number verfied box greyed out and wont accept digits

when i try to verify my Phone Number the  verfied box is greyed out for the call or sms and wont accept digits

I use to be a level 2 seller and been away for a while when i come back to selling my statis is gone and i can't reverify?

Yet i can still buy?
