How to report scammers?

I received a message from someone pretending to be part of the Fiverr team saying that my account was suspended and I needed to complete verification to unlock my account. The message had a QR code that you could scan to take you to a website that was pretending to be Fiverr, where they would ask you for your credit card information. Is there a way to report this person so people don't get scammed by them in the future?
