Top Rated Evaluation

So, I was excited to evolve into a Top-rated seller after fulfilling all the requirements. But today, I got an update on my profile status, & it appears like I have additional challenges to meet the top-rated seller requirements now. 

I'm looking forward to further suggestions/guidelines from the seniors.

The 1st line of 2nd paragraph usually holds the key to the reason - why the application has been rejected. 

In your case - it seems to be the communication skills and interaction quality on the order page. Its not what you do as an individual, you might be an amazing communicator from your POV but its not in alignment with their parameters.

It could be because I mostly keep my clients updated via inbox after they place the order.

That is possible.

Some of my clients also use the inbox, but I always try to use the order page. That way everything from the order stays together.

The screenshot here in @filipdevaere's post is a good example of what one can do for communication. I have also been pretty much following the similar set of pointers listed here, since my 1st order on Fiverr.

PS I also received a rejection mail on Saturday for a different reason, so I understand the disappointment. 

There are things we can control and improvise on and then there are things we can't do much about, beyond a point. But yes incremental improvement is something we all can strive for, one order at a time.

Yeah, I guess they started it, since the launch of new system in Feb.

I remember @donnovan86 had posted screenshot of his mail on the same topic, a few months back.

Not sure but I received it today first time regarding level status as (Update on your evaluation for Top Rated)

These emails seem so random, at least that person's email said it has to do with communication and other things. My email was very general and never said anything specific I can improve. They also mentioned that I go ahead and improve my skills using their Fiverr courses and other tools. A lot of people that have writing-related courses have way less writing experience than I do, so I found that insulting. But hey, while I do want to be a TRS and after all the work I did here I should be, realistically, I know that it's not up to me so I am not going to pressure myself too much. I did have a significant improvement over the past 6 months, so I should be up for a new TRS check soon. But I can only assume they will say the same thing, unless I significantly increase prices.
