Hello everyone,

I am a beginner seller. I started working with Fiverr since June, and my current level is New Seller.

I can't set up the paid consultations feature.

I follow the link - Manage consultations - as described in the guide and as support advises. But the link does not work for me and redirects me to the dashboard page. In my profile, the option to enable paid consultations does not appear. 

I tried different browsers on the computer and the app on iPhone, but still haven't achieved any result.

Support couldn't answer my question.

Does anyone in the community know about this problem and a way to solve it? Could it be some restrictions related to my low level (New Seller)?

I would be very grateful for any advice.
