Reason? Why can't you create an account using your own details and picture? Or are you trying to open a second account because your first account got disabled?

How strange is it.. One is asking to use his uncle's details and the other one is asking to use his dad's details. Just to open a second account (for sure, it's the reason that's why both cannot use their own details), they are trying to trick the system (Fiverr's)

The reason why is that, I have already create a personal account of my and i verified it, but I have not start using it, The flagged the account, and i disabled it myself, I created another one, and on the process of creating it, they didn't approve my seller profile. Or Can I still use my details to open another one again?
