Eligibility for "profession"

Hello,
I've added 2 "professions": proofreader and copywriter (which were suggested by Fiverr). Now I want to add a 3rd profession: "translator" but when I click on the drop-down button, I can't select the "translator" profession.

I've contacted CS. Here's their reply:
Eligibility for a Profession is based on your existing Gigs, meaning you can't add a Profession if you don't have a Gig tied to it. That means that in this case, you are not eligible for the translator profession.
You can see more on the “overview” tab that appears on my seller page.

I've already told them that my best-selling gig is in the "translation" category".
I have 2 gigs in the "translation" category. I have had nearly 900 orders with these 2 gigs since 2017.
My gig "I will translate Amazon listing into French" has a rating of 5.0, a success score of 10 and almost 400 reviews.
My other translation gig is a Pro gig.

On my profile, Fiverr says "expert in: Translation" 🤔 

How can they tell me I'm not eligible for "translator" ?!
On the other hand, I'm eligible for "proofreader" even though I've only had 18 orders for my proofreading gigs🤪

Yes, I am sure that this is possible in "professions".

I just gave an example of the skills. That is why I said: God's ways are unfathomable. So are Fiverr's.

I mainly do logo design, but i dont have logo design as profession and instead i got UI UX, i also do UI UX but my main selling gig is logo design and branding

I finally have the answer from FIVERR. After 8 messages, they tell me:

Translator is not a profession we currently have available, however, when we expand our catalog, you should be eligible for this profession as well.

Can someone explain why they can't answer this earlier? I clearly asked them if I wasn't eligible or if this profession wasn't open yet (whoever the seller is).
What a waste of time (for fiverr and for me)!
