When my friend was working in an IT firm, They created a Fiverr account in my friend's name. And verified the profile with his face and NID card. They now have all access to the profile. 

Now my friend wants to do freelancing himself but they forcefully take his profile. He did not return it. 

What should he do now? Can he make another profile under his name?
