How get refund after canceling the seller plus subscription?

Question

I want a refund of my last subscription money. I'm doing a full-time job and Fiver is not for me.
I came here to explore Fiver and Seller Plus and It is not effective for me.
I forgot to cancel the auto-renewal and cancel the subscription.
And just now for the 2nd month, it took 19 USD. How can I get my money back?

I have sent a request and received response for boot. In this message mentioned I would get the refund if " is not eligible for a refund as the benefits have been active for more than 48 hours". It's been only one house since my seller plus was activated.

How to receive your money back when you cancel your Fiverr Seller Plus subscription:
 
Open your Fiverr account and log in.

after choosing "Help & Support" and "Contact Support," click your profile image.
 
Send in a Help Ticket:
Describe how you were billed for the second month because you neglected to cancel the auto-renewal.

Mention that you have a full-time job and are no longer using Fiverr.

For the $19 that was charged for the second month, ask for a refund.

Observation after:

Await Fiverr's answer to your request.
