Is that still the best advice (which is also given in gig guidelines) if taking into account just the current minimum and maximum word counts in gig titles (ignoring gigs created years ago when the min/max were different)? Are short titles 

 better in general than medium or long titles (taking into account just currently allowed word counts in gig titles)?
