Confusion Over Fiverr Seller Profile Rejection After Successful Verification

I received an email stating that my seller profile was not approved, but my verification was approved and confirmed. I had just uploaded my ID card and selfie before publishing the Gig. My verification was approved, and I received a notification to publish the Gig. However, when I tried to publish the Gig, I then received an email stating that my seller profile was not approved without any reason provided. The service text is my own, and the gig image I created new by myself. There is nothing that I copied from anyone. 

Could FIVERR team please explain what happened? I am an experienced freelancer and wanted to join Fiverr, but this situation is hurtful and makes it difficult to understand why I was not approved without any reason given.
