I was surprised to receive the notification that my account has been flagged for a violation of Fiverr's policies and that I am no longer able to participate in the level system. I have submitted multiple tickets regarding the suspension of my account, but have only received automated responses. I am so frustrated with the lack of personal support. I did send emails to support@fiverr.com but received the exact automated email! What should I do now?

Unfortunately, no one can help you on the Forum.. If you create multiple tickets on the same issue then they will be marked as solved so it is better to use only 1 ticket for this purpose.
