Fiverr Account is almost dead....why not Improving ?

I am a seller on Fiverr, but my account has been dead for a year and not showing in searches. After the new level system, my account has been demoted from level 2 to new seller. Kindly guide me on how to upgrade my account and re-establish it to receive orders.
