Facing ID verification issue

Hi, I am Al wajir (Digital Marketerar), recently I got a notification from Fivert to verify my ID so I tried to do it but when ever I try in the apps it shows that  it doesn't have camera access then I went to chrome with camera access on the site but it shows me error and doesn't opening camera, please help me in this
