I'm reaching out to the community in hopes of finding guidance and possibly assistance regarding a recent issue I encountered on Fiverr. My account, freshauto1996, has been permanently disabled due to what Fiverr describes as a violation of their Community Standards related to "False Identity."

Your account was flagged for using a false identity. We consider this in violation of our Community Standards and our Terms of Service. As a result, your Fiverr account was permanently disabled. This decision was taken after careful consideration and cannot be reversed.

Due to your account being disabled, you cannot log in or withdraw any funds you may have.
If you have any funds available for withdrawal, in 90 days from now, you will receive an email with instructions explaining how to withdraw these funds.

This email will be sent automatically and there is no need to contact Customer Support.

I have to use my cousin account to post here because I can not login into my account again. I have been using this account for 6years and I have my photo as Display picture, all Gig are mine, I was asked to verify my identity this January when I uploaded my National ID Card and took a selfie and it was succesfull. The only was I was trying to change the email address on my account and also add a new payoneer account to my withdrawal after payoneer banned my previous account.

I have not have any issues before now, my account has already due to be promoted to top rated seller but I was told the are still evaluating that.

Please I will like to know what can be done and the more detail while it was disabled

The only help you're gonna get is from Fiverr CS. Everyone here is either a seller or a buyer. Better to contact CS and explain your matter to them rather than on a forum.

Thanks. I have gotten in contact with them, still waiting for their response.

I was just trying to see if I can get any advice from anyone here, probably someone who has experience such before.
