Why is there no way to edit the rating on Fiverr?

My issue is that in other apps that my freelancer friends use, their buyers can edit their ratings. I am a buyer and a seller too and sometimes i make lapse of judgement and want to change my ratings, maybe they just didn't know that after delivery you can ask for a revision or they just simply made a mistake. I have attached two buyers that asked to edit their rating and they both tipped me too so there's no way they wanted to rate me any lower than five stars. They are also both a repeat buyers and regulars. I know you can submit a ticket to change a rating but why does a buyer have to go through all that trouble just to change a rating.
