Virtual Assistant popping up on every screen

The fiverr virtual assistant is popping up on every screen. it takes 2-3 seconds to close (for me) and is pretty annoying , is there any way to disable it

I'm having the same issue; it's extremely uncomfortable to work like this.

Same issue with me and pretty frustating when everytime you switch tabs and it just pops up

This chat is so annoying!!!

After 1 week of exchanging with Support, we got this answer:

"Thank you for the update. Please know that turning off the chatbot is not possible at the moment. Since it seems that using Fiverr via the incognito option in Firefox appears to trigger the chatbot less, kindly continue using this option
 
However, we are always thrilled to receive recommendations and improvement suggestions from our community since you are the ones who use Fiverr on a daily basis.
 
This is a great suggestion and I will immediately forward it to our Product Developers.
Hopefully, this could be implemented soon."

Same problem. Don't know how to disable. It has become a bug for me in Fiverr website.
