can we create a new account after old account was disable

hey i wanted to ask that can we create a new account after old account was disable for some reason

Only with the permission from Customer Support.

And, of course, it will depend on why your account was disabled. If it was for breaking the rules, you're highly unlikely to get the permission, and any and all new accounts that you create might get banned.
