Hi all I was wondering if someone could help.
I've got a really lovely buyer (this isn't their fault at all). I've set up a milestone order but after the delivery of the first milestone they decided they were going to do one a month due to financial constraints, not a problem I said.
However, now it's say that the delivery for the next milestone is late. This is despite the fact that the buyer hasn't started the next milestone yet! I don't want to get a late delivery on my record and nowhere can I cancel or start the milestone myself.
Anyone got any advice on this?
