Most likely buyer has blocked you after receiving the file. Did he place the order or you delivered the work beforehand???

Also, it is important to use the CORRECT TERMS. SMS is something which people use as text communication on mobile phones while this is simple inbox or direct message communication. Using wrong terms like SMS will get your account flagged!!

I think when a buyer blocks a seller it (or the other way around) it will say "x is not accepting messages at this time" rather than "x can no longer be contacted". So it could be something to do with their account (eg. deactivated). You could check if it gives the same message in the browser version.
