Order Cancelled

My 3 orders are cancelled from a buyer who gave me 5 star reviews with tips too. What should I do now?

There could be some technical reason (or maybe chargeback). Please write to Fiverr CS about this, they should be able to guide you (and probably help you get the amount back) appropriately.

I already sent message to them as I had 6 orders with that particular client and he was nice to me too and now I am getting that this was cancelled by the bank he was using like this thing

My three orders with a client got cancelled today and he has given me 5 star ratings with 3 tips too. Kindly guide me on the basis of Screen Shots below attached:

Buyer initiated a chargeback, but Fiverr reimbursed you (you'll be able to access those funds in 7 days) and your stats aren't affected.

What kind of guidance are you looking for, exactly? If Fiverr is giving you back the money you earned and your stats won't be affected, what else do you want? And why would you open several topics about the same thing? That's just spamming.

This was a case of chargeback by the Buyer's bank. Fiverr has credited back the amount to your account.

If you see the mail that you received from Fiverr, it says that you will be able to withdraw the amount from your account "after a safety period of 7 days"

Thanks @sripra9007 I got my money back but my three orders are cancelled and It has not affected my Order Completion rate but it has reduced my completed order count.
